PLEASE NOTE: I am not an expert on this kind of thing. It is very likely that you may find a few bugs in the game, and I can't entirely assure you that it will work at all. I am not responsible for any damage caused by my hack or any external programs needed to play this hack on official Wii hardware. Use at your own risk.
HOW TO PLAY: In order to use this hack, you will need:
A homebrewed Nintendo Wii with Riivolution installed OR Dolphin Emulator (not sure which version, just use the latest stable one I guess)
An SD Card if playing on Wii
Assuming you have a completely homebrewed console with Riivolution installed, which I am not capable of explaining the process of, all you need to do is the following:
Move the folder named "LarrysRevenge" onto the root of your SD Card
Move the file with the extension ".xml" into the "riivolution" folder on the root of your SD Card
Launch Riivolution on your Wii
Select Larry's Revenge from the Riivolution menu, turn the setting "Hack" or whatever I named it to "Enabled"
Select Launch.
I believe that this should all work on a vWii (Wii mode on a Wii U), but don't quote me on that. There is also a way to play the hack on Dolphin Emulator, though in order to do that you would also need a New Super Mario Bros. Wii ISO, which you can obtain however you're willing to do that. Also, although I do know there is a way to play it on Dolphin, I don't know the steps to do that, so I can't help you there, sorry.
OTHER INFORMATION: There are a few other important things to note before playing.
First, I would highly suggest that you play this on an already 100% completed save file. This will allow you to use the Toad Houses as many times as you'd like, as this is by no means a very easy hack. Of course, if you've already 100%'d this game, it means you're probably already a master at it anyway.
Second, this hack is hard. I'd be surprised if anyone was able to beat it without dying once or twice. If you do, though, feel free to send me footage, I'd love to see it.
If you find any major bugs or if I put some ground on the wrong layer or something, please tell me, I'd like this game to at least be playable.
Finally, there are a few things that I didn't have the skill to do. The game title, title screen demos, and many other things have been left unchanged simply because I didn't know how to change them. If another, more skilled NSMBW hacker would be interested in helping me make customize those things I'd really appreciate it, though I know it's unlikely.
